Oro blanco is a hybrid between white grapefruit and pomelo. It is less acidic, a little more sweet, less bitter than a typical grapefruit. These are also a little bigger than a regular grapefruit.
This organic oro blanco is sourced from ken’s Top Notch located in Ridley, CA. It is a family owned and operated farm and you may come across their stand at Santa Monica, Hollywood or Beverly Hills farmers’ markets.
