Jocelyn Ramirez is a chef and founder behind Todo Verde. Before the pandemic Jocelyn housed Todo Verde at the same facility where we work right now. She sold her plant based food at farmers' markets, Smorgasburg and did lots of catering. However, as a result of the pandemic Jocelyn turned directly to her audience by writing cookbooks and creating seasoning that speaks to her heritage, culture and also making it easier for people cooking at home to find that exact flavor in traditional Mexican meals with ease by using her seasonings.

Al Pastor
