chocolate date caramel -- inspired by my favorite Girl Scout cookie, made with local dates, toasted coconut, brown sugar & vanilla. Finished with a dip & drizzle of chocolate & pinch of flaky salt
citrus -- coconut macaroon with meyer lemon & tangerine marmalade
almond crescent -- coconut free, mix of toasted almonds & almond flour with apricot jam & orange marmalade
