This avocado salsa will blow your mind. It is made by El Machete who happen to also work out of the same commercial kitchen that we work out of as well. You may enjoy this avocado salsa as is with some chips, or add it to any dish you may have planned to make but another amazing idea is to also use it as a salad dressing (thank me later!).
Ingredients: fresh avocados, fresh tomatillos, raw red onion, raw California garlic, fresh cilantro, fresh lime juice, avocado oil, and Himalayan pink salt.
