Chef Kostas and I have been vendors at Hollywood Farmers market in 2019. He is a talented chef from Greece and bringing us flavors from his home country like no other!
Ingredients used in his cooking are locally sourced and meticulously prepared to elevate flavor but also insure best experience for our tastebuds.
Kostas and I work out of the same facility in the Arts District of DTLA so I see the process and hard work that goes into making these dishes.

Potato Salad: Weiser farms yellow potatoes, home made mayo (avocado oil base),
roasted garlic, parsley and lemon zest. Calamaki signature potato salad. 10oz
Fish stew Kakavia: made with local ocean white fish from Santa Barbara. It also includes veggies, potatoes, extra virgin olive oil and lemon. 14oz
Fasolada: Vegan and GF. Ayocote Branco beans, vegetables and tomato. It’s the national Greek dish. 12oz
Green Lentil Salad: Vegan and GF. Rancho gordo green lentils, cooked in mushroom broth, mirepoix and
herbs like tarragon, basil, parsley. 12oz
Smoked Black Eyed Peas Salad: Vegan and GF. Rancho Gordo heirloom black eyed peas, hickory smoked cherry tomatoes, basil and green onions. 12oz
